Last March 2024, it was published in the RESILIO country report on Croatia written by Dario Čepo, associate professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb and member of the research team “Rule of Law crisis in the EU”.
The report analyzes the evolution and current situation of democracy in Croatia, focusing on points such as constitutional resilience, electoral quality, economic resilience and the impacts of the crises on the rule of law in the 2 major earthquakes of 2020 in the country along with the Covid.19 pandemic.
