El evento fue organizado conjuntamente entre el Centro Europeo de Excelencia para la Lucha contra las Amenazas H\u00edbridas<\/a> de Helsinki y la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos<\/a> de Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera se incorpor\u00f3 en la Red EU-HYBNET<\/a> (Red Europea para contrarrestar las amenazas h\u00edbridas) en el mes de abril de 2024, el primer evento en el que particip\u00f3 fue en el seminario anual que organiz\u00f3 la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Valencia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La segunda participaci\u00f3n en la Red, ha sido en Madrid el pasado d\u00eda 12 de junio, con la asistencia y participaci\u00f3n a la jornada sobre \u201cGaps and Needs\u201d de Zitan Peng en representaci\u00f3n de la Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera y del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n \u201cRule of Law crisis in the EU\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nombre de \u201cGaps and Needs\u201d tiene como objetivo, la identificaci\u00f3n de las brechas en diferentes \u00e1reas en la situaci\u00f3n actual, con la b\u00fasqueda de las necesidades espec\u00edficas para cada caso para poder llegar a una situaci\u00f3n ideal futura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lo largo de la jornada se trataron diferentes cuestiones que gradualmente debilitan Estado de Derecho, como puedan ser las tendencias futuras de las amenazas h\u00edbridas, tecnolog\u00edas cibern\u00e9ticas y del futuro, el debilitamiento de la pol\u00edtica democr\u00e1tica a trav\u00e9s de la normalizaci\u00f3n de la violencia, la difusi\u00f3n de teor\u00edas de conspiraci\u00f3n, la conversi\u00f3n del victimismo en un arma, y, por \u00faltimo, las cuestiones relativas a la informaci\u00f3n y las comunicaciones estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El trabajo realizado por los diferentes equipos fue presentado en la mesa final, las conclusiones ser\u00e1n incluidas junto a la informaci\u00f3n de las tres anteriores ediciones para la elaboraci\u00f3n del informe final sobre \u201cGaps and Needs EU-HYBNET 2021-2024\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
