Enrique’s impressive academic record\u2014comprising 20 distinctions<\/a>\u2014qualified him for this honor. To be considered for the prize, candidates must also submit an original legal monograph<\/strong>. Enrique’s submission, titled \u201cThe Effects of Postmodern Politics on the Concept of the Rule of Law,\u201d<\/strong> was an adaptation of his undergraduate thesis in Law<\/strong>, supervised by UCH Professor Leopoldo Garc\u00eda Ruiz<\/strong>, who is also a member of the research team led by Dr. Susana Sanz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award ceremony\u2014sponsored by the Royal Valencian Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation (RAJYL)<\/strong>\u2014was held at the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV)<\/a> headquarters. The event was presided over by Jos\u00e9 Soriano Poves<\/strong>, Dean of ICAV, and attended by other notable figures in the legal sector, including Enrique Fliquete Llis<\/strong>o, president of the sponsoring institution, and Luis Manent Alonso<\/strong>, lawyer for the Generalitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout this academic year, Enrique Roger has also been involved in the research project<\/strong> led by Dr. Sanz<\/strong> on the crisis of the Rule of Law in the EU<\/strong>, as a research initiation scholar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifically, Enrique has contributed to the drafting of 28 blog<\/strong> posts on this platform, highlighting the work of team members and conducting intervie<\/a>ws with professionals<\/a> and other team members<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has also managed the team’s functional account on the X platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quique has demonstrated excellence in communication and interviewing, among many other skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the entire research team, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Enrique Roger for this well-deserved recognition and express our pride in the outstanding work he contributes to the research project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
