Este a\u00f1o se ha celebrado la XIV edici\u00f3n y, una vez m\u00e1s, la realidad ha superado la expectativa. Son usuarios emocionalmente vinculados con esa marca. La adoran, aunque no la tengan o no la puedan adquirir.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos ejemplos de marcas que cultivan una estrategia de Brand lovers son, por ejemplo, Apple o Ferrari.<\/p>\n<p>Brand lovers son estos clientes que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hablan siempre bien de la marca.<\/li>\n<li>Comparten el contenido.<\/li>\n<li>Defienden a la marca ante cualquier situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Recomiendan la marca en foros y otros medios digitales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remedios Cervantes ofreci\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n algunos <strong>consejos \u00fatiles<\/strong> para trabajar con bran lovers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valorar su relevancia e implicaci\u00f3n con la marca<\/li>\n<li>Cuidarles, emocionarles, sorprenderles, hacer que se sientan importantes<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la curiosidad en las publicaciones<\/li>\n<li>Mantener comunicaci\u00f3n directa con ellos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Remedios Cervantes comparti\u00f3 uno de los \u00faltimos casos de \u00e9xito que han trabajado en su agencia: la participaci\u00f3n de To\u00f1i Moreno en la campa\u00f1a de Vodafone #MientrasTanto.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Mi #MientrasTanto por To\u00f1i Moreno\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/INVZwr0GR8s?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>El v\u00eddeo alcanz\u00f3 m\u00e1s de medio mill\u00f3n de reproducciones en Instagram en tan solo unas horas.
