{"id":3708,"date":"2022-07-31T13:48:39","date_gmt":"2022-07-31T11:48:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/?p=3708"},"modified":"2022-07-31T13:48:46","modified_gmt":"2022-07-31T11:48:46","slug":"relacion-embrionaria-con-el-cancer-una-mirada-al-glioma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/relacion-embrionaria-con-el-cancer-una-mirada-al-glioma\/","title":{"rendered":"Relaci\u00f3n embrionaria con el c\u00e1ncer: una mirada al glioma."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Siguiendo con las actividades de la celebraci\u00f3n del d\u00eda Mundial de C\u00e1ncer durante este curso, en el grado de Medicine (l\u00ednea biling\u00fce de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud del Centro de Alfara del Patriarca), dentro de la serie conocida como: \u201cC\u00e1ncer: origen, evoluci\u00f3n y su correspondencia embrionaria\u201d, destacamos el trabajo de la alumna <strong>Sofia Lind Bertelsen<\/strong> (1er curso).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-rounded\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"95\" height=\"124\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2022\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-07-31-a-las-2.46.39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3709\" \/><figcaption>Sofia Lind Bertelsen &#8211; CEU Cardenal Herrera<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gammaknifedelpacifico.com\/glioma-causas-sintomas-y-opciones-de-tratamiento\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">glioma<\/a> es es un tipo de tumor que se desarrolla a partir de las <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C\u00e9lula_glial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">c\u00e9lulas gliales<\/a> del cerebro y\/o la m\u00e9dula espinal.\u00a0Se trata de uno de los tipos m\u00e1s comunes de tumores cerebrales primarios. La mayor\u00eda suelen ser benignos aunque algunos son agresivos y metastatizan con rapidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conocimiento anat\u00f3mico y embriol\u00f3gico de este tipo de tumores, es fundamental para  la correcta selecci\u00f3n del tratamiento para cada paciente ayudando a una mejor resecci\u00f3n del tumor, que podr\u00eda ser maligno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El remedio quir\u00fargico del glioma es complicado debido a su naturaleza infiltrativa; dentro de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenhub.com\/es\/library\/anatomia-es\/lobulo-de-la-insula\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00ednsula<\/a>, la resecci\u00f3n es principalmente desafiante debido a la proximidad de sistemas cruciales junto con la <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C\u00e1psula_interna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">c\u00e1psula interna <\/a>y la <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arteria_cerebral_media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arteria cerebral media<\/a> (<em>middle cerebral artery<\/em>) y sus ramas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2022\/07\/Two-sources-of-blood-supply-to-the-brain-867x1200-1-650x900.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3714\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2022\/07\/Two-sources-of-blood-supply-to-the-brain-867x1200-1-650x900.jpg 650w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2022\/07\/Two-sources-of-blood-supply-to-the-brain-867x1200-1-217x300.jpg 217w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2022\/07\/Two-sources-of-blood-supply-to-the-brain-867x1200-1-768x1063.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2022\/07\/Two-sources-of-blood-supply-to-the-brain-867x1200-1-696x963.jpg 696w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2022\/07\/Two-sources-of-blood-supply-to-the-brain-867x1200-1-303x420.jpg 303w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/medicina\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2022\/07\/Two-sources-of-blood-supply-to-the-brain-867x1200-1.jpg 867w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><figcaption><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lecturio.com\/es\/concepts\/sistema-cerebrovascular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pol\u00edgono de Willis &#8211; Sistema de irrigaci\u00f3n del cerebro<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un conocimiento de la maduraci\u00f3n embriol\u00f3gica de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acnweb.org\/acta\/2004_20_2_90.pdf\">\u00ednsula<\/a> permitir\u00eda a los cirujanos delinear con mayor precisi\u00f3n los puntos de referencia anat\u00f3micos, y evaluar electrofisiol\u00f3gicamente los objetivos y las v\u00edas durante los procedimientos quir\u00fargicos para minimizar el peligro para los sistemas adyacentes. Adem\u00e1s, el dominio de las conexiones entre la \u00ednsula y los sistemas adyacentes ayudar\u00e1 a explicar el proceso de formaci\u00f3n del tumor as\u00ed como su expansi\u00f3n en esta regi\u00f3n. La \u00ednsula en se formar\u00e1 a partir del crecimiento continuo de los hemisferios cerebrales en direcciones anterior, dorsal e inferior determinando la formaci\u00f3n de los l\u00f3bulos frontal, temporal y occipital. Al mismo tiempo, el \u00e1rea ubicada entre los l\u00f3bulos frontal y temporal se deprimen desarrollando una estructura conocida como \u00ednsula, que al momento del nacimiento quedar\u00e1 del todo cubierta por los l\u00f3bulos adyacentes.
