Pero la motivaci\u00f3n no viene sola, hay que trabajar en ella y os dejo unas ideas que he visto en el Harward Business Publisshing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Da la responsabilidad a los alumnos<\/strong>. Todos los estudiantes son responsables del aprendizaje de los dem\u00e1s, especialmente cuando trabajamos en equipo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Muestra entusiasmo.<\/strong>\u00a0el entusiasmo es contagioso sin importar c\u00f3mo se presente. Por tanto si entramos en clase alegres y con energ\u00eda lo trasmitiremos a nuestros alumnos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Infunde comodidad y seguridad.<\/strong> el aula es un ambiente seguro para hablar y ofrecer opiniones, hay que ense\u00f1arles a participar y respetar a todos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Promueve el desarrollo de habilidades<\/strong>. Como la capacidad de hablar en p\u00fablico, de trasmitir opiniones de forma efectiva y por supuesto de pensar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a1Hazlo divertido!<\/strong>\u00a0el humor puede hacer que una sesi\u00f3n de clase sea memorable.
