En clase concluimos esta definici\u00f3n pues puedes encontrar cientos. <strong>Marketing es identificar las necesidades de los consumidores para satisfacer sus deseos ajustando la oferta de la empresa a su demanda real<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar un <strong>an\u00e1lisis externo<\/strong>, en este apartado es com\u00fan usar el <strong>PESTEL<\/strong>. Revisando los <strong>factores Pol\u00edticos, Econ\u00f3micos, Sociales, Tecnol\u00f3gicos, Ecol\u00f3gicos y Legales<\/strong> que pueden influir en nuestro negocio.<\/li>\n<li>Vamos de lo mas amplio a lo mas concreto y ahora toca hacer el <strong>an\u00e1lisis interno<\/strong> de la empresa. Debemos revisar c\u00f3mo trabaja la propia empresa, los colaboradores, los proveedores, los clientes que tenemos y por su puesto nuestros competidores.<\/li>\n<li>Un buen resumen de ese an\u00e1lisis tanto externo como interno es la <strong>matriz DAFO (SWOT)<\/strong>, las <strong>5 fuerzas competitivas de Porter<\/strong>, hacer <strong>mapas de posicionamiento<\/strong>\u00a0que nos permitan ver en que situaci\u00f3n estamos y no olvides hacer una revisi\u00f3n profunda de tus competidores<\/li>\n<li>Qu\u00e9 pasa si tenemos diferentes unidades de negocio o l\u00edneas de producto? pues podemos hacer una <strong>matriz BCG Boston Consulting Group<\/strong> que est\u00e1 ampliada en el modelo de Mc Kinsey para General Electric.<\/li>\n<li>Y por fin llegamos a los <strong>objetivos,<\/strong> recuerda\u00a0que deben ser <strong>SMART Espec\u00edficos, Medibles, Alcanzables, Realistas y medibles en Tiempo.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Tras ello podemos plantearnos que <strong>estrategia<\/strong> queremos seguir. Y este apartado es complejo pues tenemos multitud de formulas y estructuras en funci\u00f3n de diversos autores. Si que quiero destacar aqu\u00ed la importancia de determinar la estrategia en funci\u00f3n de nuestra <strong>ventaja competitiva<\/strong>. Qu\u00e9 tenemos nosotros que os consumidores lo valoran y nuestros competidores no lo pueden alcanzar con facilidad ni en el corto plazo. Multitud de clasificaciones de Porter, Kotler, Lambin que trataremos en otro art\u00edculo.<\/li>\n<li>Bueno y super importante la idea de <strong>Segmentar<\/strong>, <strong>Targeting<\/strong> que podr\u00edamos traducir por focalizarse y <strong>Posicionarse<\/strong>. C\u00f3mo organizo los grupos de consumidores, que grupo elijo y que mensajes les env\u00edo para conseguir un buen posicionamiento.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4881 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2018\/11\/Segmentaci\u00f3n-posicionamiento.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1988\" height=\"1074\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2018\/11\/Segmentaci\u00f3n-posicionamiento.png 1988w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2018\/11\/Segmentaci\u00f3n-posicionamiento-315x170.png 315w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2018\/11\/Segmentaci\u00f3n-posicionamiento-768x415.png 768w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2018\/11\/Segmentaci\u00f3n-posicionamiento-696x376.png 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1988px) 100vw, 1988px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Ahora toca desarrollar las<strong> acciones concretas<\/strong> que queramos y no antes. No se te ocurra tener primero la idea genial de que quieres hacer. Eso ser\u00eda empezar la casa por el tejado. Para que no te olvides de nada tenemos la idea de Jerome Mc Carthy de <strong>las 4 P&#8217;s<\/strong> o\u00a0marketing mix: <strong>Producto, Precio, Promoci\u00f3n y Plaza<\/strong> (distribuci\u00f3n).<\/li>\n<li>Llegamos al final. Nuestro \u00faltimo punto debe ser la <strong>medici\u00f3n<\/strong>. Demostrar que el marketing es rentable para la empresa.
