Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es exactamente? \u00bfQui\u00e9n encaja en su definici\u00f3n? Y lo m\u00e1s importante, \u00bfqu\u00e9 valor aporta a la sociedad en general y <strong>c\u00f3mo afecta a los recursos humanos<\/strong> en particular? De lo que nadie duda es que los centennials son el futuro del mercado de trabajo y que las empresas tendr\u00e1n que salir a buscarles, una tarea que no ser\u00e1 sencilla.<\/p>\n<p>La atracci\u00f3n y captaci\u00f3n de talento ha tenido siempre el mismo rostro: buen sueldo, buen horario, buen plan de carrera\u2026 Sin embargo, de un tiempo a esta parte las tendencias est\u00e1n cambiando y dos mundos aparentemente muy distantes unen sus fuerzas para alcanzar mejores soluciones. Los equipos de recursos humanos y los de marketing conf\u00edan cada vez m\u00e1s en las campa\u00f1as de Employer Branding para mostrar <strong>una imagen atractiva que genere motivaci\u00f3n al talento joven<\/strong> que busca oportunidades profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido la creaci\u00f3n de un relato ha sido algo imprescindible. Si bien es cierto que ya desde los primeros pasos de la RSC se motiv\u00f3 a las empresas a comunicar algo m\u00e1s que resultados, en este marem\u00e1gnum de stakeholders ha aparecido uno nuevo: el candidato. Las mejores empresas son conscientes de que han llegado a sus respectivas situaciones a base de contar con los mejores perfiles y por ello aspirar\u00e1n a seguir contando con verdaderos <em>cracks<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Los nuevos escenarios en los que los centennials se mueven constituyen un reto para empresas que tienen que cambiar el enfoque de su captaci\u00f3n de talento.
