Su objetivo era que Stilsoft, empresa rusa dedicada a comercializar productos relacionados con la seguridad, conociera sus posibilidades en el mercado indio. \u201cLa primera fase consist\u00eda en describir la empresa, el DAFO del pa\u00eds de origen (RUSIA) entre otras. En la segunda fase nos dirig\u00edamos m\u00e1s al pa\u00eds de destino, en este caso INDIA. Analizando todas aquellas variables tanto internas como externas que podr\u00edan afectar a la comercializaci\u00f3n de nuestro producto\u201d, recuerda Mario.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xdnQl5ePfk4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Todo ello culmin\u00f3 con la elaboraci\u00f3n de un Plan de Internacionalizaci\u00f3n de la empresa avalado por sus directivos. Un trabajo de meses en el que han tenido que salvar las dificultades propias de este reto.
