Como no, esto tambi\u00e9n\u00a0 afecta a la manera que tienen las empresas de enfocar sus planes de marketing y de utilizar las diferentes herramientas a su disposici\u00f3n. El caso que nos ocupa esta vez es el llamado Permission marketing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00bfY qu\u00e9 es eso del Permission Marketing?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La traducci\u00f3n del termino de manera literal seria \u201cMarketing de permiso\u201d (aunque m\u00e1s bien es consentimiento), y se basa en la idea de pedir permiso a los usuarios o clientes para que estos den su consentimiento para que les enviamos informaci\u00f3n relevante o de su inter\u00e9s. Esto \u00faltimo, que puede ser algo sencillo y de f\u00e1cil aplicaci\u00f3n, a la hora de la verdad no es tan sencillo como parece. Muchas empresas nos piden nuestro consentimiento para que nos env\u00eden ofertas o publicidad de sus productos, pero luego no nos env\u00edan la informaci\u00f3n o las ofertas adecuadas. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces hemos dado nuestro consentimiento cuando nos hemos registrado en un web de venta online y solo nos mandan ofertas de productos que no nos interesan? Seguro que muchas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00bfY que provoca esto? Pues que el consumidor se cansa y deja de darnos su permiso para que le proporcionemos m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n, con lo que al final ese cliente se interesara menos por nuestros productos o marcas, y todo por no haberle dado una debida atenci\u00f3n. Hay que tener en cuenta que el usuario nos ha dado su \u201cpermiso\u201d, y si nos ha dado su permiso es porque le interesa lo que les ofrecemos, as\u00ed que si lo hacemos mal, en cierta forma estamos faltando al \u201ccompromiso\u201d que hemos adquirido con el usuario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bien utilizado, el permission marketing puede ayudarnos mucho dentro de nuestra estrategia de marketing digital. La clave est\u00e1 en personalizar esos mensajes que enviamos, adapt\u00e1ndolos a cada tipo de usuario. As\u00ed deberemos analizar sus gustos, intereses, pautas de compra, formas de pago, preferencias, etc. De esta manera, nos enfocaremos mejor en lo que le interesa al receptor y podremos lanzarle una oferta m\u00e1s personalizada y acorde a sus intereses. Por supuesto, nuestro mensaje no debe de interrumpir la actividad diaria del cliente, ya que sino caer\u00edamos en el llamado marketing de interrupci\u00f3n, consiguiendo el rechazo del mismo a nuestros mensajes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Si se consigue lo anterior, poco a poco se ira reforzando la confianza del consumidor en el producto o marca, creando satisfacci\u00f3n y a la larga puede suponer llegar a la tan ansiada y dif\u00edcil meta de la fidelizaci\u00f3n del cliente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En un mundo donde las consumidores saben igual o m\u00e1s que los propios vendedores, donde hay tantas ofertas a su disposici\u00f3n y donde pueden comparar productos y precios sin mayor esfuerzo que navegar un poco por la red, la diferenciaci\u00f3n a la hora de dirigirnos al cliente puede ser la llave del \u00e9xito para que nuestro negocio termine funcionando o no.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Alfredo Esteve Jim\u00e9nez<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Alumno del Grado en Marketing (Elche)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El mundo digital forma parte ya de nuestra vida cotidiana.
