LA estrategia se debe centrar mas en los intangibles del enfoque (a qui\u00e9n nos dirigimos ) y en la mentalidad que tienen esos mercados\u00a0para poder saber c\u00f3mo enfocarnos a ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Para Nick Kendall un prestigioso planner especializado en creaci\u00f3n de estrategias para marcas globales no hay que centrase tanto en Pensar global, actuar local -Think global, act local- lo que se ha llamado la <em>Glocalizaci\u00f3n<\/em>, si no mas bien en \u00ab<em>Think global, act Jobs To Be Done\u00bb<\/em> pensar en global pero actuar sobre tareas que se puedan realizar.<\/p>\n<p>Lo primero es Escuchar el mercado, conocer de primera mano como piensa la gente de diferentes regiones o culturas.
