Est\u00e1 dirigida por un <strong>moderador<\/strong> y con una estructura elaborada por \u00e9l. Su funci\u00f3n principal es evaluar varios aspectos de un producto\/servicio. Los diferentes usos o posibilidades que podr\u00eda tener en base a la percepci\u00f3n y observaciones de los participantes del grupo.<\/p>\n<h3>DESARROLLO DEL TRABAJO:<\/h3>\n<p>Para llevar a cabo esta t\u00e9cnica se debe escoger un producto en concreto. Nosotros escogimos\u00a0<strong>Pikaband.<\/strong>\u00a0Lo pusimos en pr\u00e1ctica con la realizaci\u00f3n de dos v\u00eddeos.<\/p>\n<p>El primer v\u00eddeo se realiz\u00f3 con un <strong>grupo homog\u00e9neo. <\/strong>Es decir,\u00a0donde todos los participantes ten\u00edan algo en com\u00fan, en este caso el deporte. El moderador comenz\u00f3 explicando en qu\u00e9 consist\u00eda lo que iban a realizar y el producto. Tras esto los componentes del grupo se presentaron brevemente. A continuaci\u00f3n, el moderador realiz\u00f3 una pregunta abierta para ver la opini\u00f3n y sugerencias acerca del producto.<\/p>\n<p>En el segundo v\u00eddeo se escogi\u00f3 un <strong>grupo heterog\u00e9neo<\/strong> con gente de diferentes perfiles\/edades, donde la estructura fue la misma que en el homog\u00e9neo.<\/p>\n<h3>RESULTADOS:<\/h3>\n<p>Tras la realizaci\u00f3n de este estudio, se observ\u00f3 que en el <strong>grupo homog\u00e9neo<\/strong>, al ser el mismo tipo de perfil y tener intereses similares. Hubo poco debate y al final entre ellos se acabaron convenciendo. En cambio, en el <strong>gr<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3513\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2016\/04\/img_como_son_las_dinamicas_de_grupo_6095_orig-315x272.jpg\" alt=\"img_como_son_las_dinamicas_de_grupo_6095_orig\" width=\"180\" height=\"155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2016\/04\/img_como_son_las_dinamicas_de_grupo_6095_orig-315x272.jpg 315w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2016\/04\/img_como_son_las_dinamicas_de_grupo_6095_orig-534x462.jpg 534w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2016\/04\/img_como_son_las_dinamicas_de_grupo_6095_orig.jpg 578w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/>upo heterog\u00e9neo<\/strong>, la discusi\u00f3n fue mas intensa, dado que los participantes ten\u00edan perfiles y opiniones diferentes. Por tanto, los resultados fueron muy dispares.<\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n de exposici\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 mediante una presentaci\u00f3n en el aula. Se comenz\u00f3 la exposici\u00f3n definiendo la t\u00e9cnica minuciosamente. Exponiendo <strong>ventajas y desventajas <\/strong>de los grupos homog\u00e9neos y heterog\u00e9neos. A la vez nos apoyamos en los v\u00eddeos que realizamos y por \u00faltimo analizamos las conclusiones de \u00e9stos.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra <strong>experiencia<\/strong> realizando la pr\u00e1ctica sobre la din\u00e1mica de grupo fue grata dado que pusimos en pr\u00e1ctica los conocimientos te\u00f3ricos.
