El objetivo de la misma es la atracci\u00f3n de prospectos o leads a nuestra web o a nuestro entorno digital. Los leads son las personas o empresas que muestran alg\u00fan inter\u00e9s en nuestra oferta, es decir, nuestros clientes potenciales. En esta fase es importante que se definan bien los objetivos que se pretenden alcanzar. En principio, no deber\u00edamos conformarnos con atraer simplemente tr\u00e1fico, sino en atraer a aquel p\u00fablico al que realmente queremos llegar por ser m\u00e1s susceptible de convertirse en nuestro cliente.<\/p>\n<p>En un segundo momento tenemos la <strong>fase Post-Click o de retenci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Aqu\u00ed el cliente potencial ya ha entrado en nuestro entorno, si bien, todav\u00eda no tenemos sus datos. En esta etapa cobra especial importancia el contenido, por lo que deberemos desarrollar una estrategia de marketing de contenidos en base a las necesidades del cliente, as\u00ed como un calendario de producci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n del mismo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/06\/manos-pc.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-2873 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/06\/manos-pc.jpg\" alt=\"manos pc\" width=\"192\" height=\"144\" \/><\/a>La tercera fase es la de <strong>Lead-Conversion o fase de Conversi\u00f3n<\/strong> y comprende el lapso de tiempo desde que el prospecto comparte informaci\u00f3n con nuestra empresa hasta que se convierte en nuestro cliente. L\u00f3gicamente esto no suceder\u00e1 si lo que le ofrecemos no le atrae lo suficiente como para que nazca en \u00e9l el deseo de dejarnos sus datos para que sigamos estando en contacto.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, est\u00e1 la fase de <strong>Post-Conversion o de fidelizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Debemos recordar que el Inbound Marketing no se centra \u00fanicamente en la consecuci\u00f3n de clientes, sino que entre sus objetivos est\u00e1 el que estos se sientan satisfechos con nuestra empresa gracias, entre otras cosas, a esos contenidos que les estamos proporcionando y que son de su utilidad.
