En effet, un point de vente ordonn\u00e9, bien con\u00e7u et r\u00e9pondant aux habitudes des clients, influe \u00e9norm\u00e9ment sur le processus de d\u00e9cision d\u2019achat du consommateur. On retrouve \u00e9galement ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne sur internet gr\u00e2ce aux Nouvelles Technologies de l\u2019Information et de la Communication (NTIC).<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle tendance sur internet est appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0e-merchandising\u00a0\u00bb et joue un r\u00f4le important dans la maximisation des ventes car elle prend en compte les attentes des clients sur le site internet. Elle permet \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9liminer la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour le consommateur de visiter la boutique.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux \u00e9volutions ainsi qu\u2019aux avanc\u00e9es technologiques (NTIC), la th\u00e9atralisation des points de ventes physiques, qui est de nos jours omnipresente, se retrouve de plus en plus sur la toile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Origen, conceptuaci\u00f3n y evoluci\u00f3n del merchandising como estrategia de marketing para el comercio minorista <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>A l\u2019origine, on ne parlait que de commerce traditionnelle. C\u2019est un type de commerce o\u00f9 l\u2019acheteur n\u2019a pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la marchandise, ne peut pas la toucher, \u00e0 cause de la pr\u00e9sence du vendeur. C\u2019est le contraire du commerce moderne.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil du temps, le commerce a \u00e9volu\u00e9. Sont apparus les gran almacenes, el libre servicio ainsi que los super y hipermercados. Depuis ce momento, il n\u2019y a plus ou tr\u00e8s peu de barri\u00e8res entre le produit et le client.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, le merchandising est apparu au m\u00eame moment que le commerce moderne. Il represente une technique de visualisation de la marchandise. Cependant, le merchandising dans le cadre d\u2019un point de vente physique demande des budgets importants comme par exemple la mise en place de vitrine. C\u2019est un concept connu des surfaces de vente traditionnelles contraintes d\u2019optimiser leur espace afin de le rentabiliser au mieux.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut retenir qu\u2019il y a trois types de merchandising en fonction de trois \u00e9poques diff\u00e9rentes : le merchandising de presentation, de gesti\u00f3n et de seduction.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ces diff\u00e9rents types de merchandising, l\u2019objectif principal est de retirer la meilleure rentabilit\u00e9 des produits expos\u00e9s dans le point de vente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>El dise\u00f1o del punto de venta virtual : traslaci\u00f3n de elementos de dise\u00f1o f\u00edsico al entorno de compra online <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Internet repr\u00e9sente un canal d\u2019information pour les consommateurs qui vont faire des comparaisons sur internet avant d\u2019aller acheter en magasin. Ensuite, le design du point de vente sur la processus de decisi\u00f3n d\u2019achat du consommateur. Pour cela, l\u2019utilisateur doit \u00eatre en confiance.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines enseignes qui ont dans leurs points de vente physiques un univers sp\u00e9cial et particulier \u00e0 leur enseigne, ne r\u00e9plique pas toujours cela sur leur site internet. M\u00eame si l\u2019exp\u00e9rience que le client vit dans le magasin est difficile \u00e0 mettre en place sur le site web, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des nouvelles technologies c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais possible. La mise en sc\u00e8ne des produits est faisable et permet de rentre le site web int\u00e9ressant et distrayant.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, il est plus facile de mesurer l\u2019impact du merchandising sur le web. Il est possible de savoir avec pr\u00e9cision combien de personnes ont regard\u00e9 une vid\u00e9o par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3n, l\u2019e-merchandising repr\u00e9sente une alternative int\u00e9ressante aux investissement de merchandising classiques. Nous nous sommes rendu compte de l\u2019importance du design du point de vente virtuel.
