Tambi\u00e9n creo que es fundamental una buena selecci\u00f3n de las personas y formales de la mejor manera posible.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo organizas la actividad comercial de tu equipo?<\/strong> Dejo mucha libertad para organizarse pues creo que deben aprender a trabajar por objetivos, por tanto marco las metas y les ayudo a planificarse pero luego en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda les dejo que sean ellos los que se marquen su carga de trabajo.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo los motivas? \u00bfC\u00f3mo les incentivas?<\/strong> Lo fundamental es que tengan claro lo que la empresa y el director quieren de ellos. Luego tambi\u00e9n es importante que ellos mismos aprendan a motivarse de manera intrinseca sin depender solo de motivaciones externas. La motivaci\u00f3n no puede ser solo econ\u00f3mica, aunque es importante no suele ser suficiente. Valoro mucho la motivaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del refuerzo positivo, destacando los logros conseguidos.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo haces el seguimiento de su actividad comercial?<\/strong> Marcando objetivos tanto a largo como a corto plazo y revis\u00e1ndolos de manera peri\u00f3dica.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo debe ser el vendedor 2.0?<\/strong> Lo primero una persona muy integra, con grandes conocimientos del mercado, del cliente y de los productos. y por supuesto muy h\u00e1bil con las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. Debe saber manejar las herramientas inform\u00e1ticas tambi\u00e9n como saber conducir un coche.
