De ah\u00ed la importancia de tener una comunicaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil, r\u00e1pida y veraz con los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las principales novedades que nos trae este nuevo a\u00f1o es la <strong>forma de acceso a Internet<\/strong> para realizar las compras.\u00a0Se puede acceder a Internet a trav\u00e9s de:<br \/>\n\u2022 Un PC<br \/>\n\u2022 Una Tablet<br \/>\n\u2022 Un Smartphone<\/p>\n<p>Analizan a este nuevo consumidor que experimenta en la tienda f\u00edsica y busca el mejor precio en Internet, representando un 6% en Europa, en China al 24% y al 10% en Jap\u00f3n o Brasil.<br \/>\nTras ver los porcentajes elevados de estos nuevos consumidores podemos explicar de dos maneras diferentes este fen\u00f3meno \u201c<strong>nuevo consumidor<\/strong>\u201d,en primer lugar el consumidor es el mismo,pero ahora est\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s informado porque cuenta con m\u00e1s l\u00edneas de contacto directas con la marca y sobre todo son potentes amplificadores para hacerse escuchar. Y en segundo lugar tambi\u00e9n podemos definir que hay una <strong>nueva generaci\u00f3n de consumidores<\/strong> que rechazan la interacci\u00f3n f\u00edsica en la tienda si no es para la experimentaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nComo hemos citado anteriormente,en China hay un porcentaje mucho m\u00e1s elevado en comparaci\u00f3n con Europa que eso ser\u00eda debido a qu\u00e9 el estilo de vida de all\u00ed es mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y el horario laboral es mucho m\u00e1s alto que en Europa entonces tienen menos tiempo de estar f\u00edsicamente en una tienda y comprarse ropa o lo que sea. Y el acceso de comprar cosas en internet ha sido un m\u00e9todo muy eficiente y eficaz para ello.<br \/>\nClaro y para ello debe haber buenos distribuidores, ya que al consumidor lo que m\u00e1s le importa es la calidad y no qui\u00e9n se lo d\u00e9. Y c\u00f3mo sabemos este a\u00f1o tenemos cuatro distribuidores protagonistas globales que son: <strong>Amazon, eBay, Apple Store y Alibaba<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar, cabe recordar que una de las cosas m\u00e1s importantes de la comunicaci\u00f3n de hoy en d\u00eda es poder transmitir tu producto con un dise\u00f1o que adapte perfectamente la navegaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n<p>Isabel Zhou.
