Es el caso de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ikea.com\/us\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ikea en Estados Unidos.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Soy un gran cliente, incluso dir\u00eda fan de Ikea, tengo la tarjeta Ikea Family y en mi casa hay muchos productos de la marca sueca. Durante a\u00f1os he tenido que ir a comprar a Murcia, Madrid, Zaragoza e incluso Barcelona, ya que en Valencia no ten\u00edamos tienda. Y siempre he encontrado unas tiendas ordenadas, un personal simp\u00e1tico, unos productos de relaci\u00f3n calidad precio genial y un servicio exquisito en la compra y postcompra, siempre teniendo en cuenta el \u00abh\u00e1galo usted mismo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pero estoy flipando en colores del mal servicio en Estados Unidos, Estoy en una estancia de investigaci\u00f3n en IONA College en Nuew Rochelle en el estado de Nueva York y decid\u00ed comprar unos muebles para el apartamento que hab\u00eda alquilado. La compra online est\u00e1 habilitada en USA y aqu\u00ed comienzan los problemas.<\/p>\n<p>La fecha estimada de entrega del producto que indica la web es 10 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la compra, pero durante esos 10 d\u00edas y los siguientes otros 7 Nadie se pone en contacto conmigo.<\/p>\n<p>Para comparar los muebles un amigo me acerc\u00f3 a Ikea Paramus en New Jersey y jamas he visto una tienda tan sucia, desastrada y mal atendida. Pero pude comprar lo que quer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Si llamas al tel\u00e9fono de atenci\u00f3n al cliente tras la t\u00edpica locuci\u00f3n de pulse 2, si quiere no se que, la llamada se corta. He probado decenas de veces.<\/p>\n<p>Si env\u00edas un correo la propia web te avisa de que tardan en responder de 5 a 7\u00a0d\u00edas, pues van saturados. Pero tampoco cumplen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2014\/09\/Captura-de-pantalla-2014-09-11-a-las-11.51.44.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1983\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/ikea-usa-y-como-maltratar-al-cliente\/\" alt=\"Ikea Usa\" width=\"315\" height=\"67\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Y hoy por fin 19 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de mi compra recibo un correo con que env\u00edan el pedido que ya no quiero. Como mi cabreo va en ascenso\u00a0consigo llamar a otro n\u00famero para anular mi pedido y tras 44 minutos en espera todav\u00eda no he conseguido hablar con nadie.
