Tiene que ser <strong>f\u00e1cil de entender<\/strong> incluso por quien no sabe de marketing y por supuesto por el resto de la empresa, ya sea el director general o el financiero. Tambi\u00e9n tiene que ser <strong>breve<\/strong>, un plan de marketing de mas de 50 p\u00e1ginas no hay quien se lo lea. Estamos en la era de la informaci\u00f3n y por tanto saturados de tanto input, mejor que sea <strong>conciso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La estructura se puede basar en un modelo cl\u00e1sico al estilo de:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n, valores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lisis del entorno y mercado<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pascualparada.com\/analisis-pestel-una-herramienta-de-estudio-del-entorno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">An\u00e1lisis PESTEL<\/a> de variables Pol\u00edticas, Econ\u00f3micas, Sociales, Tecnol\u00f3gicas, Ecol\u00f3gicas y Legales. Y 5 fuerzas competitivas de Porter<\/li>\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lisis interno:<\/strong> La mejor herramienta por sencilla el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emprendedores.es\/gestion\/como-hacer-un-dafo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DAFO<\/a> o por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s SWOT (<span style=\"color: #545454;\">strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats)<\/span>. Donde estudio aspectos\u00a0positivos y negativos internas de la organizaci\u00f3n: <strong>Debilidades y Fortalezas<\/strong> y las que me vienen determinadas por el entorno:\u00a0<strong>Amenazas y Oportunidades<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objetivos<\/strong>: desde mi perspectiva lo mas complejo. Debo elegir bien los objetivos pues est\u00e1n influenciados por el an\u00e1lisis y determinar\u00e1n el \u00e9xito o fracaso. Deben ser <a href=\"http:\/\/loquecreescreas.blogspot.com\/2011\/01\/objetivos-crema.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CREMA<\/a>\u00a0Cronometrados (fechas exactas), Relevantes (que importen de verdad), Espec\u00edficos (concretos) ,\u00a0\u00a0Medibles (qu\u00e9 se puedan controlar) y Alcanzables (algo inalcanzable desmotiva). Siempre teniendo en cuenta que el objetivo principal de una empresa es satisfacer necesidades y\u00a0ganar dinero.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estrategias<\/strong> para conseguirlos: Aqu\u00ed lo mas sencillo es apoyarnos en las 4 P&#8217;s de Mc Carthy: Producto, Precio, Comunicaci\u00f3n(me gusta mas que el t\u00e9rmino promoci\u00f3n) y Distribuci\u00f3n. Hay que tener en cuenta que una acci\u00f3n como bajar el precio en rebajas no es una estrategia. Tener Siempre Precios Bajos (como hace Mercadona) Si es una estrategia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plan de Acci\u00f3n:<\/strong> un detalle de que acciones componen cada estrategia con sus responsables, fechas de inicio y finalizaci\u00f3n, enlace a otras acciones y presupuestos. En este caso ser\u00eda analizar los costes de transporte para poder reducirlos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presupuesto y m\u00e9tricas:<\/strong> un resumen de lo que vamos a gastar y que ingresos nos va a permitir generar. Si no sale rentable no lo hagas. \u00a0C\u00f3mo voy a controlar que se va cumpliendo el plan. Utilizar ratios que permitan medir el cumplimiento de los objetivos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n te propongo otra estructura que me gusta m\u00e1s y que refleja la imagen que acompa\u00f1a este art\u00edculo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n soy?<\/strong> a qu\u00e9 me dedico, cuales son mis valores, qu\u00e9 pretende ser en esta vida mi compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00bfD\u00f3nde estoy?<\/strong> mi entorno, an\u00e1lisis de todo lo que me rodea, sector, competidores, y que influye en mi negocio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00bfA d\u00f3nde quiero ir?<\/strong> Determino a donde quiero llegar que es el objetivo. \u00bfSer el l\u00edder o ser uno m\u00e1s?<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo voy a llegar<\/strong>? \u00a0a ese objetivo, qu\u00e9 estrategia general voy a utilizar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo voy a conseguir llegar?<\/strong> qu\u00e9 pasos tengo que ir dando en el tiempo para que sumados sean la estrategia y por tanto consiga el objetivo. Y por supuesto cuanto me va a costar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo mido lo realizado?<\/strong> Hay que determinar m\u00e9tricas o ratios para medir.
