Jes\u00fas Navarro Alberola<\/strong> \u00a0director general de Jesus Navarro S.A. empresa fundada en 1920. Jes\u00fas, miembro de AVE y ex consejero de Bolsa de Valencia y CAM, destac\u00f3 por su capacidad de conectar con los alumnos y en boca de algunos: \u00abha sido el mejor marketing days\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">La empresa presenta unos n\u00fameros aplastantes para un sector muy competitivo, cuota de mercado del 20,3 % con su marca Carmencita y mas del 50% junto a Hacendado. Presencia en mas de 30 pa\u00edses del todo el mundo. <strong>La empresa se centra en aportar valor<\/strong>, si no aporta valor no lo hacemos. Nuestro destino es crecer en valor, beneficios y cuota de mercado. Con ello\u00a0la marca Carmencita ha conseguido sobrevivir a las marcas de distribuci\u00f3n, porque est\u00e1 asentada en la imagen de los consumidores y evoca la cocina de nuestra madre.<\/p>\n<p>Jesus habl\u00f3 sobre como crear valor en la empresa y con una manera directa de llegar al auditorio coment\u00f3 que \u00abdetr\u00e1s de un \u00e9xito hay una borrachera y no hay reflexi\u00f3n, \u00a0despu\u00e9s de un \u00e9xito proyectas y generas un fracaso. Detr\u00e1s del fracaso hay una reflexi\u00f3n y rectificas para generar un \u00e9xito. La clave est\u00e1 en no proyectar el \u00e9xito\u00bb. Jes\u00fas Navarro, D\u00aa Rosa Visiedo y D\u00aa Desamparados LLuch<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Con 50 mill de unidades de tarros de venta y unos\u00a0<strong>20 mil millones de impactos<\/strong> generados por la marca carmencita en su historia,\u00a0Carmencita necesita conquistar a un p\u00fablico joven y de ah\u00ed el producto de sal y pimienta en Mc Donald&#8217;s. Aunque a nivel de facturaci\u00f3n no es importante supone introducir la marca hac\u00eda un p\u00fablico mas joven.<\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas hizo incapi\u00e9 en los productos de la marca que siendo <strong>productos fracaso<\/strong> que se han reconvertido:\u00a0tarros de sazonador,\u00a0sobre de popurr\u00eds, cocina f\u00e1cil. Y como algunos productos como el instant paella\u00a0 se usa para captar la atenci\u00f3n y clientes en ferias internacionales. Y cosa curiosa, a\u00a0las dos semanas se intuye si un producto va a ser un fracaso. Al contrario para saber que es un \u00e9xito tarda mas en saberse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1033\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/marketing\/carmencita-son-olores-son-mil-sabores\/\" alt=\"Marketing days carmencita en Palacio de Colomina\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>Actualmente Marca l\u00edder del sabor en Espa\u00f1a y l\u00edder del sabor espa\u00f1ol en el mundo. Pero su objetivo de marketing es ser <strong>la imagen de la nueva gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo una gran conclusi\u00f3n para los alumnos de ADE, Marketing y Publicidad del CEU: \u00a0\u00abHay que amar lo que hac\u00e9is.
