The University CEU Cardenal Herrera is <strong>the only Spanish university<\/strong> that integrates the initiative together with other Russian and Italian universities.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"CEU Trento Marketing Challenge: dise\u00f1o de planes marketing internacional\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xdnQl5ePfk4?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c1ngel<\/strong> and <strong>Mario<\/strong> have led two different groups, with two companies with very different market needs. Their objective was that <strong>Stilsoft<\/strong>, a Russian company which is dedicated to commercialization of products related to security, will discover its possibilities in the Indian market. <em>&#8220;The first phase consisted of description of the company and SWOT analysis of the country of origin (RUSSIA) among others. In the second phase we focused more on the country of destination, in this case INDIA. Months of work in which the participants had to overcome the difficulties of this challenge.
