{"id":9587,"date":"2019-02-12T13:00:54","date_gmt":"2019-02-12T12:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/?p=9587"},"modified":"2021-04-28T10:59:42","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T08:59:42","slug":"un-taller-muy-rico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/un-taller-muy-rico\/","title":{"rendered":"Un taller muy rico"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Mayte Gonz\u00e1lez, de Pr\u00e1cticas en el Colegio Guadalaviar<\/h2>\n<p>En esta tercera y \u00faltima entrada que voy a hacer al blog de magisterio sobre mi periodo de pr\u00e1cticas, os voy a hablar sobre un <strong>taller <\/strong>que hicieron en el <strong>Colegio Guadalaviar<\/strong>, en el que las ni\u00f1as se <strong>divirtieron y aprendieron<\/strong> a partes iguales.<\/p>\n<p>Un punto del <strong>proyecto<\/strong> del primer trimestre del curso de 4 a\u00f1os es la <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n saludable<\/strong>. A lo largo de este taller, se ense\u00f1a a las ni\u00f1as la <strong>importancia<\/strong> y los beneficios que supone una <strong>dieta equilibrada<\/strong> <strong>y variada<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, a partir de la <strong>pir\u00e1mide alimenticia<\/strong>, las alumnas aprenden qu\u00e9 alimentos son m\u00e1s saludables y cu\u00e1les lo son menos y, en consecuencia, qu\u00e9 alimentos pueden tomar m\u00e1s veces por semana.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este proyecto, se realiz\u00f3 el taller que explicaremos a continuaci\u00f3n y que, como no pod\u00eda ser de otra forma, se llev\u00f3 a cabo un <strong>viernes<\/strong>. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 un viernes? Como ya he comentado en las dos entradas anteriores, los <strong>viernes son un d\u00eda especial en el aula<\/strong> de cuatro a\u00f1os, porque es el <strong>d\u00eda creativo<\/strong> de la semana. Por este motivo, aprovechamos para llevar a cabo actividades de car\u00e1cter art\u00edstico, como la que vamos a ver a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El taller consist\u00eda en <strong>crear<\/strong>, mediante <strong>trozos de diferentes piezas de frutas<\/strong>, una composici\u00f3n que representase<strong> un paisaje<\/strong> (como, por ejemplo, una palmera sobre una base de hierbas).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9558 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/02\/19Gonz\u00e1lez3.1-315x236.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"332\" height=\"249\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/02\/19Gonz\u00e1lez3.1-315x236.jpg 315w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/02\/19Gonz\u00e1lez3.1-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/02\/19Gonz\u00e1lez3.1-696x522.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 332px) 100vw, 332px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por eso, lo primero que tuvimos que hacer fue ir al <strong>supermercado <\/strong>a <strong>comprar las frutas <\/strong>que necesitar\u00edamos para hacer la composici\u00f3n (mandarinas, pl\u00e1tanos y kiwis), adem\u00e1s de servilletas, platos o cuchillos de pl\u00e1stico para cortar la fruta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9559 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/02\/19Gonz\u00e1lez3.2-315x236.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/02\/19Gonz\u00e1lez3.2-315x236.jpg 315w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/02\/19Gonz\u00e1lez3.2-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/02\/19Gonz\u00e1lez3.2-696x522.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 328px) 100vw, 328px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>excursi\u00f3n al supermercado<\/strong> fue muy <strong>divertida<\/strong>: las ni\u00f1as acababan de hacer el festival de villancicos y se pasaron todo el trayecto hasta el supermercado <strong>cantando los villancicos<\/strong> que tan bien se sab\u00edan y sacando alguna que otra sonrisa a los que por all\u00ed paseaban.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando entramos en el <strong>supermercado<\/strong>, r\u00e1pidamente nos dividimos. Mientras la <strong>clase de 2\u00baB de Infantil<\/strong> iba a por su fruta, nosotras aprovechamos y fuimos a coger las servilletas, los platos y los cuchillos. Cuando las alumnas de 2\u00baB terminaron de coger la fruta, fuimos nosotras y nos encargamos de coger las piezas que necesit\u00e1bamos, las pesamos y llevamos al carro. La verdad es que fue complicado que no tocaran ninguna verdura o fruta, pero <strong>se portaron muy bien<\/strong>, ya que escucharon atentamente y obedecieron en todo momento. Tras pagar en la caja y cantarle un villancico a la dependienta que nos atendi\u00f3, volvimos al colegio, donde todav\u00eda <strong>quedaba mucho por hacer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A cada <strong>grupo <\/strong>le dimos <strong>dos mandarinas, un pl\u00e1tano, medio kiwi, un par de cuchillos, seis platos y varias servilletas<\/strong>. Las integrantes de cada grupo comenzaron a <strong>preparar sus creaciones<\/strong> tomando como referencia el dibujo que les hab\u00edamos ense\u00f1ado, si bien cada grupo a\u00f1adi\u00f3 su terminaron, la tutora y yo pusimos en cada plato un gomet del color del equipo al que le pertenec\u00eda la creaci\u00f3n final, <strong>comentamos qu\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>plato era el m\u00e1s elaborado y creativo<\/strong> y cada grupo se comi\u00f3 los trocitos de fruta de su plato.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9577\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, las alumnas <strong>decoraron con gomets de distintas formas y colores unos delantales de papel<\/strong> continuo que previamente hab\u00edamos recortado las tutoras de las aulas de 4 a\u00f1os y yo, y se fueron a casa como unas <strong>aut\u00e9nticas chefs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9575\" <strong>actividad muy entretenida<\/strong>, en la que las ni\u00f1as trabajaron muchos aspectos relacionados con la <strong>psicomotricidad fina, la autonom\u00eda, la socializaci\u00f3n y los h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable<\/strong>.
