Ayer nuestras alumnas de 2\u00ba <strong>Grado de Magisterio de Infantil<\/strong> pudieron disfrutar del taller de <strong>gimnasia mental<\/strong> que nos ofrecieron dos expertos en la materia, D\u00f1a. Carmen Casas y D. Jose L. Clausell. Estos dos profesionales castellonenses, nos explicaron la importancia de ejercitar nuestro <strong>cerebro<\/strong> desde edades tempranas<!--more-->, no solo como fuente de bienestar mental sino tambi\u00e9n corporal.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 L. nos explic\u00f3 el funcionamiento del <strong>cerebro<\/strong> y nos dio algunos trucos para poder asimilar mejor los conocimientos cuando estudiamos, as\u00ed como el modo de recuperar esa informaci\u00f3n cuando hacemos un examen. Carmen nos aport\u00f3 una visi\u00f3n de lo importante que es desviar los malos pensamientos, recuerdos, etc&#8230;, y sustituirlos por otros positivos. Nos indic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo podemos realizar esto en el aula con los alumnos y la influencia que puede ejercer en los mismos. Nuestras alumnas pudieron comprobar c\u00f3mo se expresa un recuerdo, c\u00f3mo podemos saber si alguien nos miente, est\u00e1 triste, etc&#8230; Pistas que les ser\u00e1n \u00fatiles cuando trabajen con ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as en el aula. Tambi\u00e9n realizaron unos ejercicios, que aunque parecen un juego, son un modo divertido de ejercitar nuestro <strong>cerebro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2012\/05\/CIMG29051.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-156\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/magisterio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2012\/05\/CIMG29051-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar nos dejaron esta cita de<em> Mahatma Gandhi<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>\u00abCuida tus pensamientos porque se volver\u00e1n palabras, cuida tus palabras porque se volver\u00e1n actos, cuida tus actos porque se har\u00e1n costumbre, cuida tus costumbres porque forjar\u00e1n tu car\u00e1cter, cuida tu car\u00e1cter porque formar\u00e1 tu destino y tu destino ser\u00e1 tu vida\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>17\/05\/12.
