Universidad CEU – Cardenal Herrera<\/a>.<\/p>\nTras realizar un an\u00e1lisis de la situaci\u00f3n actual de la educaci\u00f3n y \u00a0su legislaci\u00f3n el presidente de UNIMEL \u00a0plantea la necesidad de una formaci\u00f3n\u00a0continua\u00a0del profesorado de cara a asumir funciones de gesti\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n de centros de una manera eficaz.<\/p>\n
\u00abEn l\u00edneas generales, este M\u00e1ster contribuye a la comprensi\u00f3n de la realidad del trabajo directivo. En primer lugar, aporta una visi\u00f3n integral de la funci\u00f3n directiva la cual se interpreta desde diferentes dimensiones que implican a esta labor. En segundo lugar, de forma te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctica, se reflexiona sobre los distintos elementos del contexto escolar desde diferentes perspectivas. En este sentido, el M\u00e1ster aporta recursos y estrategias de gesti\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n en las funciones de coordinaci\u00f3n, control, gesti\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n, marketing y calidad orientadas al desarrollo y mejora de los centros escolares.\u00bb (Art\u00edculo completo)<\/p>\n
