Firstly, make a note that the 9th September is the Welcome Day for first years, and the first day of classes for the all the other students. It´s here already! We´ll be welcoming you alongside your new class mates.

In October we have the elections for student representatives, which is an important part of the year. Could you be the next class rep?

What about Christmas? Have you already decided how you´re going to spend the holidays? Why not have your family over to Valencia? You´ll have a lot of time off in December; classes will have finished and if you decide to stay in Valencia, you´ll be spoilt for choice for things to do. You can visit the cathedral, go to some Christmas concerts, and visit the craft markets, Christmas fair and Youth fair. .. To find out more, have a read at the blog article: https://blog.uchceu.es/international-relations/i-stay-in-valencia-over-the-christmas-holidays-and-you/

The first exam season starts in January; if you have any questions, please don´t hesitate to contact us and we can give you all the information you need. You´ll be able to study in the modern university library; there are special rooms for group study which are open from 8:30am until 9pm. You can also consult the online catalogue and use the Wifi which is available in every building on campus.

And in March? Have you ever seen the Fallas festival? Las Fallas is a brilliant festival native to the city of Valencia. From 15th to 19th March, Valencia turns into a city bursting with lights, noise and animation. It´s an unforgettable experience that you can´t afford to miss!

In April you´ll begin to be able to enjoy Valencia´s beautiful beaches. You´ll have plenty of time during the Easter holidays to make the most of them, but if you´re going home to see your family they´ll still be there when you get back!

The second exam season starts at the end of May and finishes at the end of June. The resits are in July, but if you don´t have to sit them you´re free to relax until classes start back in September.

Good luck!
