Animate a probarla y dejanos tu comentario<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El guisante, arveja o ch\u00edcharo (<em>Pisum sativum<\/em>) pertenece a la familia de las leguminosas. La planta es una trepadora de<br>2 m de alto, con zarcillos ramificados y flores blancas o moradas de hasta 30 mm de ancho y la parte que consumimos son las semillas. Su origen est\u00e1 en Oriente Medio y Asia Central, donde se cultiva desde hace miles de a\u00f1os, pero hoy en d\u00eda, es una legumbre conocida y consumida en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INGREDIENTES<br>Para 2 personas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guisantes baby congelados 300 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Media cebolla dulce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jam\u00f3n serrano en taquitos para cocinar 90 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra AOVE (20 ml = 2 cucharadas soperas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"563\" height=\"565\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55984\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image.png 563w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-299x300.png 299w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-140x140.png 140w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-280x280.png 280w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-419x420.png 419w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-24x24.png 24w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-48x48.png 48w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-96x96.png 96w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PASOS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortamos la cebolla en trozos peque\u00f1os, y reservamos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n, con dos cucharadas de AOVE, sofre\u00edmos la cebolla, a fuego medio alto<br>(7 de 10), hasta que adquiera un color transparente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En este momento incorporamos el jam\u00f3n y esperamos a que coja color oscuro, un<br>minuto o dos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subimos de nuevo el fuego (8-9 de 10) e incorporamos los guisantes congelados<br>directamente de la bolsa, removemos todo para que los guisantes cojan color y se<br>descongelen, durante un par de minutos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tras eso, bajamos el fuego de nuevo a fuego medio (5-6) y tapamos con tapa semi<br>herm\u00e9tica para que los guisantes se terminen de cocinar con su propio vapor, otros dos<br>o tres minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vamos mezclando todo cada 30 segundos y valorando, hasta que veamos el guisante<br>hecho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retiramos y corregimos de sal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>GUARNICI\u00d3N \/ ACOMPA\u00d1AMIENTO<br>El guisante es una legumbre muy interesante nutricionalmente, el jam\u00f3n aporta un buen<br>acompa\u00f1amiento para completar la prote\u00edna. Se podr\u00eda acompa\u00f1ar de un huevo pasado por<br>agua, para mayor aporte de vitaminas, o ser la guarnici\u00f3n de una raci\u00f3n de salm\u00f3n al horno, o<br>pollo a la plancha.<br>Para completar la raci\u00f3n de hidratos complejos en almid\u00f3n, podr\u00edamos a\u00f1adir una patata<br>asada, o pan integral.<br>Para completar el hidrato ligero, podr\u00edamos incluir un primer plato de crema de verduras de<br>temporada, o una ensalada completa de vegetales frescos y de temporada, en crudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VALOR NUTRICIONAL<br>Para 2 personas:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"211\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-1-650x211.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55988\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-1-650x211.png 650w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-1-315x102.png 315w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-1-768x250.png 768w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-1-696x226.png 696w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/image-1.png 944w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plato de guisantes con jam\u00f3n puede considerarse una opci\u00f3n nutritiva debido a varios<br>factores.<br>Los guisantes son una buena fuente de prote\u00ednas vegetales, mientras que el jam\u00f3n aporta prote\u00ednas animales de alta calidad. La combinaci\u00f3n de ambos ingredientes proporciona una buena cantidad de prote\u00ednas, lo que ayuda a mantener la saciedad y contribuye a la reparaci\u00f3n y crecimiento de los tejidos del cuerpo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los guisantes son ricos en fibra, lo que favorece la salud digestiva y ayuda a mantener niveles saludables de colesterol y az\u00facar en sangre. La fibra tambi\u00e9n promueve la sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad, lo que puede ayudar en el control del peso. En cuanto a vitaminas y minerales los guisantes son una fuente de varias vitaminas y minerales, incluyendo vitamina A, vitamina C, vitamina K, folato, hierro y<br>manganeso. Tampoco podemos olvidar su aporte a la dieta de amino\u00e1cidos como la leucina, la lisina, la fenilalanina, la arginina, o la alanina.
