{"id":55456,"date":"2023-06-13T11:55:06","date_gmt":"2023-06-13T09:55:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/?p=55456"},"modified":"2023-06-14T01:06:46","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T23:06:46","slug":"canal-cocina-y-nutricion-uchceu-la-greixonera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/canal-cocina-y-nutricion-uchceu-la-greixonera\/","title":{"rendered":"CANAL COCINA Y NUTRICI\u00d3N UCHCEU: LA GREIXONERA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Nuestros alumnos del Grado de Nutrici\u00f3n y diet\u00e9tica humana nos presentan platos t\u00edpicos de su regi\u00f3n, no solo nos proporcionan la receta, sino tambi\u00e9n el valor nutricional de los mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os animamos a que las hag\u00e1is y nos traslad\u00e9is que tal os han salido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plato de hoy es la Greixonera, es un postre tradicional ibicenco, presentado por nuestra alumna del Grado de Nutrici\u00f3n, Mar\u00eda Consolaci\u00f3n Antich<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.Ingredientes para 10 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 7 huevos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 litro de leche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 500g az\u00facar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 8 rebanadas de pan <strong>sin gluten<\/strong> para celiacos*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 cucharada sopera de canela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;-ralladura de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&#8211; 10 gramos de mantequilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*En caso de querer una greixonera con gluten sustituir el pan por 3 ensaimadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero vayamos paso a paso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Receta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Primero de todo encender el horno y calentar a 200\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. A continuaci\u00f3n, se a\u00f1ade la leche. Mezclar, hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. A\u00f1adir el az\u00facar, la canela y el lim\u00f3n a la mezcla anterior. Mezclar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Por \u00faltimo, trocear el pan en trozos m\u00e1s grandes o peque\u00f1os, en funci\u00f3n de la<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>consistencia que desee y a\u00f1adir a la mezcla. Mezclar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Untar un recipiente apto para el horno con la mantequilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Verter la mezcla en el recipiente y meter en el horno, previamente calentado,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>durante 40 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Una vez transcurrido el tiempo sacar del horno<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Esperar a que se enfrie y a la nevera<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>y \u00a1a disfrutar!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
