{"id":4698,"date":"2018-12-13T13:34:23","date_gmt":"2018-12-13T12:34:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/?p=4698"},"modified":"2020-03-25T09:24:19","modified_gmt":"2020-03-25T08:24:19","slug":"los-beneficios-del-consumo-de-alimentos-antioxidantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/farmacia\/los-beneficios-del-consumo-de-alimentos-antioxidantes\/","title":{"rendered":"Los beneficios del consumo de alimentos antioxidantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una dieta rica en compuestos <strong>antioxidantes<\/strong> ayuda a hacer frente a la formaci\u00f3n de radicales libres en el organismo y <strong>previene<\/strong> la aparici\u00f3n de diversas<strong> enfermedades<\/strong> cr\u00f3nicas, como las enfermedades cardiovasculares y el c\u00e1ncer.<br \/>\nLos <strong>principales compuestos <\/strong>presentes en los alimentos con esta capacidad son los polifenoles, las vitaminas A, C y E, los minerales cobre, selenio y zinc, la fibra y las melanoidinas.<br \/>\nEn la dieta espa\u00f1ola, destaca el aporte de estos compuestos a trav\u00e9s del aceite de oliva virgen extra, aceitunas, verduras, frutas, legumbres, frutos secos, pan, pasta o arroz integral, patatas, chocolate negro, cerveza, vino tinto, caf\u00e9 y t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Todo ello, y mucho m\u00e1s, hemos podido aprender dentro del programa de actos con motivo del d\u00eda de nuestra Patrona de Farmacia, la Inmaculada Concepci\u00f3n. Y es que los antioxidantes han tomado protagonismo en diversos momentos de la celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por una parte, el <strong>Premio Paco Mart\u00ednez <\/strong>al mejor Trabajo Fin de Grado\u00a0en Farmacia Comunitaria, financiado por el <strong>Instituto de Formaci\u00f3n Cofares<\/strong> y entregado por su presidenta, <strong>Yolanda Tellaeche<\/strong>, ha sido otorgado <em>ex aequo<\/em> a los alumnos <strong>Natalia Almarcha<\/strong> y <strong>Marc Nadal<\/strong>, por sus trabajos\u00a0realizados, en los que se ha evaluado la posible relaci\u00f3n entre la ingesta de alimentos antioxidantes a trav\u00e9s de la dieta y la presencia de patolog\u00edas cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4708\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4708\" style=\"width: presentan diferente metodolog\u00eda y enfoque, tienen en com\u00fan que se han realizado gracias a la participaci\u00f3n de pacientes de oficinas de Farmacia y han formado parte de un mismo proyecto de Investigaci\u00f3n + Docencia, titulado \u201cDise\u00f1o y validaci\u00f3n del cuestionario ANTIOX como herramienta de cuantificaci\u00f3n de ingesta de antioxidantes en la dieta de poblaciones sometidas a estr\u00e9s\u201d, concedido por la UCH-CEU para su desarrollo durante el curso 2017-2018.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4706\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4706\" style=\"width: disfrutar de un <strong>almuerzo saludable y antioxidante<\/strong>, en el que todos los alimentos ofrecidos presentaban este potencial: desde los montaditos de pan integral o multicereales con humus de garbanzos o verduras asadas, hasta la fruta, las onzas de chocolate negro y, como no, el caf\u00e9, que constituye la bebida (y alimento, en general) que m\u00e1s contribuye a la capacidad
