Las carnes rojas producen c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfEsto es verdad?.<\/strong> No voy a ser yo quien contradiga estudios que se vienen haciendo desde hace ya a\u00f1os y que ahora parece que sean totalmente nuevos, revolucionarios y por su puesto alarmantes. Desde hace tiempo ya se conoce que las carnes provenientes de mam\u00edferos son ricas en grasas que llamamos \u201cmalas\u201d, las saturadas. Un consumo excesivo de ellas sabemos que producen muchos perjuicios a nivel coronario y metab\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n<p>Analizando un poco m\u00e1s la noticia vemos que el problema se centra en el c\u00e1ncer de colon. Correcto. Por lo tanto, \u00bfNo se referir\u00e1 la OMS a lo que siempre hemos sabido, que el exceso de consumo de carnes grasas corresponde a un estilo de dieta nada saludable?. Las personas con estos h\u00e1bitos alimenticios normalmente prescinden de vegetales y frutas en su ingesta diaria. Y ya conocemos la importancia de las frutas y verduras como aporte de prote\u00ednas, vitaminas, oligoelementos, fibra facilicitadora del tr\u00e1nsito intestinal, etc. Por lo tanto,<strong> la carne roja no es \u201cveneno\u201d, lo que es veneno es \u201ccomer solo carne roja\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A todo esto hay que a\u00f1adir que aparte de la dieta, tambi\u00e9n hay que contar con el factor gen\u00e9tico y otros factores que podemos no conocer todav\u00eda. Hay que informar, si pero no alarmar.
