\nDatos biogr\u00e1ficos<\/strong>
\nFarmac\u00e9utico alem\u00e1n que lleg\u00f3 a Espa\u00f1a en 1892. Percibiendo el porvenir que aguardaba a la entonces joven industria qu\u00edmico-farmac\u00e9utica alemana, con id\u00e9ntico objetivo trat\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a de fomentar esta importante rama industrial.<\/p>\n

Laboratorios Gustavo Reder, S.A. <\/strong>
\nFundados en 1894 como Casa Gustavo Reder, en unos momentos en que medicamentos tan importantes como Piramid\u00f3n o Somatose eran la \u00faltima novedad en el mundo de la farmacia. Pronto el nombre de esta empresa constituy\u00f3 una garant\u00eda de seriedad y de pureza en los productos qu\u00edmicos que sal\u00edan de sus almacenes.<\/p>\n

A medida que las especialidades farmac\u00e9uticas iban tomando incremento, se estableci\u00f3 en esta Casa una secci\u00f3n dedicada exclusivamente a la fabricaci\u00f3n de medicamentos con patentes en pa\u00edses del centro de Europa. Poco a poco, y elaborados con personal altamente especializado, empezaron a introducirse en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

En 1925 iniciaron la fabricaci\u00f3n de los productos cosm\u00e9ticos Nivea, por entonces de fama universal. Ante la pol\u00edtica espa\u00f1ola de dificultar la importaci\u00f3n de medicamentos, las mismas casas representadas por Reder en Espa\u00f1a se decidieron a elaborar en nuestro pa\u00eds sus propios productos, dando lugar entonces a la secci\u00f3n de fabricaci\u00f3n bajo el nombre de Laboratorios Gustavo Reder, S.A.<\/p>\n

En 1950 la empresa contaba con cuatro farmac\u00e9uticos, noventa empleados y una red de 54 delegaciones por todo el territorio espa\u00f1ol. La fabricaci\u00f3n se estructuraba en dos grandes grupos:<\/p>\n

Especialidades farmac\u00e9uticas: Anuscalc\u00edn, Atrif\u00f3n,\u00a0Claud\u00e9n, Felsol, Fosvitan\u00f3n, Gluderg\u00edn, Kamillos\u00e1n,\u00a0Lobelia, Mensalg\u00edn, Pandigal, Picorol, Septoquina,\u00a0Simpatol, Salvoch\u00edn, Salvoch\u00edn-Calcio, Timosifina, Togal, Transpulm\u00edn y Tussipect.<\/li>\n
  2. Productos com\u00e9ticos Nivea<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Con patente de los laboratorios Chemiewerk Homburg de Frankfurt, Gustavo Reder preparaba en Madrid este inyectable compuesto de 0,06 g de quinina y 0,6 g de alcanfor y aceite de eucalipto y menta. Estaba indicado para diferentes tipos de bronquitis, broncorrea, broncoectasias, bronconeumon\u00eda, neumon\u00eda, gangrena pulmonar, induraciones y otros procesos pulmonares, a dosis de 1 a 3 cc. al d\u00eda en
    \nadultos y la mitad en ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
