The pioneering leadership training method developed by the Center for Creative Leadership<\/a> will now be included\u00a0in different Master Degrees in Design taught at University CEU Cardenal Herrera. Students of these\u00a0programmes\u00a0will acquire a wide range of\u00a0competences and will get acquainted with tools that will foster their leadership skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Professors Sara Barquero and Alfonso D\u00edaz will be leading the CCL’s Leadership Essentials modules<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The San Pablo CEU University Foundation<\/a> and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)<\/a> have recently signed a partnership\u00a0agreement\u00a0that will help our university develop a stronger leadership training through\u00a0CCL’s methodology<\/strong>, a model that\u00a0has turned CCL\u00a0into one of the five most prestigious executive education providers in the world. Our university therefore becomes the first education institution in Spain certified by CCL, offering\u00a0leadership modules<\/strong> and courses that will be included\u00a0in different\u00a0Master Degrees in\u00a0Design<\/a> as from the current academic year.<\/p>\n

\"\"Through these modules, students of our Spanish-taught Master Degrees in Product Design<\/a>, Interior Design<\/a> and Graphic Design & Communication<\/a> will be introduced to leadership fundamentals<\/strong> and will get acquainted with the tools needed to become an effective leader in their\u00a0corresponding professional fields. Professors Sara Barquero<\/a>, Director of the Technical School of Design, Architecture and Engineering<\/strong> at CEU-UCH and Alfonso D\u00edaz<\/a>, from the Department of\u00a0Graphic Expression, Projects and Urban Planning, have already carried out\u00a0the first sessions as leadership trainers.<\/p>\n
