La adaptaci\u00f3n del Derecho espa\u00f1ol y europeo: an\u00e1lisis de la jurisprudencia<\/em>\u201d, <strong>proyecto I+D<\/strong> del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Competitividad, dirigido por la Dra. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchceu.es\/directorio\/ssanz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Susana Sanz Caballero<\/a><\/strong>, catedr\u00e1tica de Derecho Internacional P\u00fablico de nuestra Universidad.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto tiene como objetivo analizar c\u00f3mo se aplica el principio del <em>inter\u00e9s superior del ni\u00f1o<\/em> por diversos <strong>tribunales<\/strong>, espa\u00f1oles y extranjeros, as\u00ed como por los <strong>\u00f3rganos de Naciones Unidas<\/strong> y de otras organizaciones europeas y americanas, como el Consejo de Europa, la Uni\u00f3n Europea, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oas.org\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos<\/a> y la Uni\u00f3n Africana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El lunes <strong>7 de septiembre<\/strong> tuvo lugar una\u00a0reuni\u00f3n del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n, en la que\u00a0los miembros del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n expusieron el trabajo que han realizado hasta el momento y sus <strong>conclusiones preliminares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2357\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2357\" style=\"width: 661px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/derecho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2015\/09\/IMG_20150907_155808.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2357 \" src=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/derecho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2015\/09\/IMG_20150907_155808.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20150907_155808\" width=\"661\" height=\"417\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/derecho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2015\/09\/IMG_20150907_155808.jpg 2953w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/derecho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2015\/09\/IMG_20150907_155808-315x199.jpg 315w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/derecho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2015\/09\/IMG_20150907_155808-768x485.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/derecho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2015\/09\/IMG_20150907_155808-696x440.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 661px) 100vw, 661px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2357\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">De izq. a dcha: E. Molina<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchceu.es\/directorio\/ssanz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Susana Sanz<\/a> realiz\u00f3 su exposici\u00f3n sobre la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchceu.es\/directorio\/rabril\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ruth Abril<\/a> sobre la jurisprudencia de la CEDAW (Comit\u00e9 de Naciones Unidas para la Eliminaci\u00f3n de Discriminaci\u00f3n contra la Mujer),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchceu.es\/directorio\/elena-juaristi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Elena Juaristi<\/a> sobre la jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchceu.es\/directorio\/beatriz-hermida\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Beatriz Hermida<\/a> sobre la jurisprudencia civil espa\u00f1ola, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchceu.es\/directorio\/sospedra\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manuel Mart\u00ednez Sospedra<\/a> sobre la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional, la mexicana M\u00f3nica G\u00f3nzalez (por skype desde Per\u00fa) la jurisprudencia de los tribunales mexicanos y de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos), y Mar Molina sobre la jurisprudencia penal. Y, por su parte, <a href=\"https:\/\/vegajournal.academia.edu\/RobertoCippitani\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roberto Cippitani<\/a> nos hizo llegar desde Italia sus resultados sobre la jurisprudencia italiana en materia de inter\u00e9s superior del ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la reuni\u00f3n tuvimos el placer de contar con la presencia del Jorge Cardona Llorens, catedr\u00e1tico de Derecho Internacional P\u00fablico de la Universidad de Valencia y miembro del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/EN\/HRBodies\/CRC\/Pages\/CRCIndex.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Comit\u00e9 de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o de Naciones Unidas<\/a>, quien actu\u00f3 como <em>animador del debate<\/em> que tuvo lugar entre los miembros del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n. Jorge Cardona\u00a0<strong>coordina<\/strong> los tres subproyectos que versan sobre el inter\u00e9s superior del ni\u00f1o, el de la Universidad de Valencia, el de la Universidad Pontifica de Comillas, y el la Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reuni\u00f3n fue muy provechosa y enriquecedora para todos los investigadores. Los d\u00edas <strong>17 y 18 de octubre de 2016<\/strong>, celebraremos un <strong>congreso internacional<\/strong>\u00a0 en Valencia, para hacer p\u00fablicos los resultados del proyecto y poder as\u00ed dar a conocer qu\u00e9 es el inter\u00e9s superior del ni\u00f1o y c\u00f3mo debe ser\u00e1 aplicado por los operadores jur\u00eddicos.
