{"id":608,"date":"2014-12-22T10:00:34","date_gmt":"2014-12-22T09:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/delibecracia\/?p=608"},"modified":"2015-01-12T11:09:30","modified_gmt":"2015-01-12T10:09:30","slug":"redes-de-excelencia-y-redes-de-corrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.uchceu.es\/delibecracia\/redes-de-excelencia-y-redes-de-corrupcion\/","title":{"rendered":"Redes de excelencia y redes de corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>EL DIARIO <\/em>LEVANTE<em> PUBLICA UN ART\u00cdCULO DE HUGO AZNAR SOBRE LAS DIFICULTADES DE LA INVESTIGACI\u00d3N PARA OBTENER FONDOS EN COMPARACI\u00d3N CON OTROS \u00c1MBITOS.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El pasado 22 de noviembre el diario valenciano <strong><em>Levante<\/em><\/strong> public\u00f3 un art\u00edculo titulado <a href=\"http:\/\/www.levante-emv.com\/opinion\/2014\/11\/22\/redes-excelencia-redes-corrupcion\/1191425.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>\u201cRedes de excelencia y redes de corrupci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong><\/a>, en el que Hugo Aznar cr\u00edticaba las dificultades econ\u00f3micas que experimenta la <strong>investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> p\u00fablica en nuestro pa\u00eds en contraste con las facilidades que parecen disfrutar otros a la hora de obtener fondos p\u00fablicos para sus <strong>redes clientelares y corruptas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Obviamente, es necesario establecer <strong>mecanismos de control<\/strong> estrictos para garantizar la excelencia de la investigaci\u00f3n en <strong>Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. Pero las<strong> restricciones presupuestarias<\/strong> existentes en este terreno hacen que, muchas veces, investigadores sobradamente cualificados apenas reciban fondos para continuar a trancas y barrancas su labor, si es que no han de abandonar o marcharse al extranjero.
