Estudiar es un ejercicio mental y un gasto continuo de energ\u00eda as\u00ed que si estas estudiando, especialmente durante la \u00e9poca de ex\u00e1menes deber\u00edas a\u00f1adir a tu dieta los siguientes alimentos para tener un mejor rendimiento de estudio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El Aguacate, el salm\u00f3n y el at\u00fan, ricos en \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3, ideales para una mejor concentraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Los ar\u00e1ndanos para fortalecer la memoria a largo plazo.<\/li>\n<li>La avena, un cereal muy rico en prote\u00ednas y grasas saludables. Tambi\u00e9n fortalece la memoria.<\/li>\n<li>Las nueces tienen alto contenido en f\u00f3sforo.
