On the 12th of March, the exhibition of “Guatemala, color and faith” in Palacio in Colombia was opened. A photographic exhibition that show the day by day life of orphans in Guatemala. This project aims to raise funds to improve the life of these children and and help them not lose their smiles. You can collaborate by buying the photographs in the exhibition like sponsors or giving donations.
You have until the 1st of April to visit this exhibition and collaborate with the “City of happiness”, the foster care of these orphaned kids in Guatemala. The center supports 74 children and only receive volunteer help, and no support from the authorities of the country.
The people responsible for the project are the Sisters Marta and Maria, who not only are responsible for the affiliation, care and welfare of the kids, but also, organize activities and workshops where volunteers can teach the children a job.
