A definite highlight of the Technical School\u2019s winter festival CreaF<\/a><\/p>\n

est Winter<\/a> was the numerous workshops led by the students themselves<\/strong> who shared their talents in music, skating, and designing ties<\/a>, teaching each other new skills. Students Mart\u00edn P\u00e9rez and Roc\u00edo Juli\u00e1n opted to share their passion for photography<\/strong> by organizing a photography workshop \u2014 with a twist.<\/p>\n

Mart\u00edn got the equipment ready for action, while Roc\u00edo explained the curious students what was going to be the focus of this workshop.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cWe could have organized a workshop on the basics of photography, but because it was the School\u2019s festival we thought it would be better to do something more fun so that many students would participate. I thought the best option was to do light painting<\/strong>,\u201d Mart\u00edn explained. But what exactly is this light painting?<\/p>\n

\u201cIt’s\u00a0a photography technique for which you need a closed space and darkness. First, put your camera on a tripod, lower the shutter speed, turn off the lights, and then paint in the air in front of the camera using different kind of lights. It was a success, people enjoyed it a lot!\u201d<\/p>\n
